How much time do you really set aside to talk about your hopes and dreams? Even with best friends? A lot of people, like myself, would feel too embarrassed and selfish to speak for hours on end purely about themselves! Yep, even me!!
This is where Andrew has become the missing link for me. Talking every fortnight about my aspirations with Andrew has made me realise how negative and lazy I'd become with something so close to my heart.
Through our sessions I have been given new and strong foundations in which to drive for my dreams and the positivity and determination to achieve them.
